Returns

Return Policy

• You can return any full price item within 21 days of purchase for an e-Gift Card.
• All returns will automatically be issued an e-Gift Card that will allow you to make a purchase storewide.
• We don't offer refunds for change of mind.
• Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
• All sale or discounted items cannot be returned.

Return process

• Send an email to enquiries@crystalofakind.com within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know your reason of returning and your order number. 
• Each case will be handled differently according to our return policy. 
• All approved returns will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Un-returnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
• Please allow us 3 working days to respond back to your return request.
